By using Revvio ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Revvio on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Revvio provides an AI-powered marketing platform for small businesses to send promotional emails and SMS messages to their customers. Features include campaign creation, bulk sending, customer management, and AI-assisted message generation.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

Obtaining proper consent from your customers before sending them marketing messages
Complying with all applicable laws including the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, GDPR, CASL, and any other anti-spam or privacy laws in your jurisdiction
The accuracy and legality of the customer data you upload
The content of your marketing messages
Honoring opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Revvio to:

Send unsolicited spam or messages to people who have not consented
Send illegal, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Upload lists of contacts you purchased or obtained without consent
Impersonate another business or individual
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform

5. CAN-SPAM and Anti-Spam Compliance

All emails sent through Revvio automatically include an unsubscribe link. You must not attempt to circumvent this mechanism. You agree to honor all unsubscribe requests. Revvio may suspend accounts that generate high spam complaint rates.

6. SMS Compliance (TCPA)

By sending SMS through Revvio, you confirm that you have obtained prior express written consent from each recipient to receive marketing text messages from your business. Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients. You must provide a way for recipients to opt out (reply STOP).

7. Subscription Plans and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Free Plan Limitations

Free plan is limited to 50 customers and 10 campaigns per month. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits.

9. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all customer data you upload. By uploading data, you grant Revvio a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell or share your customer data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific marketing results. AI-generated messages are provided as suggestions only.

11. Limitation of Liability

Revvio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any fines or penalties you may incur for non-compliance with marketing laws.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, generate excessive spam complaints, or engage in unlawful activity. You may cancel your account at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
