Revvio ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Revvio platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you register, we collect your business name, owner name, and email address.

Customer data you upload: Names, email addresses, and phone numbers of your customers that you import or add. This data belongs to you and is used solely to send campaigns on your behalf.

Usage data: Campaign activity, send history, and basic analytics to help you understand your marketing performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate and improve the Revvio platform
To send marketing campaigns on your behalf to your customers
To process payments via Stripe
To respond to support requests
To comply with legal obligations

3. Customer Data (Your Customers)

You are the data controller for the customer data you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate consent or legitimate basis to contact your customers. Revvio processes this data only as a data processor on your behalf.

We do not sell, rent, or share your customer data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Unsubscribe and Opt-Out

Every promotional email sent through Revvio includes an unsubscribe link. When a customer unsubscribes, they are immediately removed from future sends. We honor all unsubscribe requests in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR.

For SMS, customers can reply STOP to any message to opt out. This is handled by Twilio in accordance with TCPA requirements.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure cloud infrastructure. We do not store payment card information — all payments are processed securely by Stripe.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below. Customer data you have uploaded will be deleted within 30 days of account closure.

Stripe — payment processing
Twilio — SMS delivery
OpenAI — AI message generation
Render — cloud hosting

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

Revvio is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
